User Interface

This section is used by your customers. Note that you may opt to disable this area, allowing your customers to simply communicate via email with swDesk. Create your own account by creating a ticket or registering.

swDesk Notification Utility

This tool allows technicians to monitor ticket activity from their desktop, without logging into the web interface. Read more.

Download and install the swDesk Notification Utility. Add a new server with the following parameters:

Server Name: swDesk Demo
swDesk URL: http://www.devslide.com/demos/swdesk/
Username: tech
Access Key: SWDESK_NUPSWD

How to test auto-reply feature?

To test the feature which automatically fetches POP3 mailboxes, please send a test email to swdesk.demo@devslide.com. Then log into the technician area and check for a new ticket in the General Inquiry department.
